To recognise the support received from its Shareholders, Oyster Bay has established an Oyster Bay Shareholders' Wine Club. This will provide members with a number of benefits that will be automatically conferred on Shareholders:

• an annual entitlement to purchase commercially available Oyster Bay branded wines at a 30% discount off recommended retail prices; and
• preferential access, as availability permits, to special, aged and limited release Delegat's wines
• the opportunity to develop knowledge and have direct involvement in the wine industry through attendance at field days at Oyster Bay's vineyards, and annual wine tastings presented by Delegat's winemaking team.

Shareholders' Wine Offer

Twice a year, to be distributed along with Oyster Bay's interim and annual reports, Shareholders will receive the opportunity to order a selection of commercially available Oyster Bay wines at a discount of 30% off recommended retail price. The selection of wines offered to wine club members will vary according to availability.

Field days

Shareholders are invited to attend field days at the vineyards at regular intervals. This is an opportunity to meet the Board of Directors, the Independent Viticultural Consultant and members of the viticultural and management teams, inspect the progress of the vineyards and enjoy Oyster Bay's and Delegat's hospitality.
